Side lunge / Burpee
Hip Bridge / Bird dogs
Fire hydrant / Left (Right)
Finisher: cross crunch
Wednesday Workout (Dumbbells and Bodyweight)
Reverse lunge
Back fly
Pop squats
Push-ups
Tricep dips
Shoulder press
Thursday Workout (Dumbbells and Bodyweight)
Wood chops / Left (Right)
Renegade row / Swimmers
Glute bridge / Deadbugs
Finisher: crunch / reverse crunch
