Glow Focus: Vision boarding and aligned goals with Tonya and Sharon.

Week 2: Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition & Hormone Balance
Learn how food impacts your hormones, skin, and energy. You’ll get a 7-day anti-inflammatory guide, sample meal plans, and tracker.
Glow Focus: Hormone balance with Hope

Week 3: Release and Reset
We focus on recovery, self massage, trigger point release, foam rolling, and daily stretching.

Week 4: Glowing Skin
Learn how rest, sleep hygiene, and proper skincare affect your transformation.
Glow Tip: Skincare routine with Sara at the Med Spa

Week 5: Strong Spine, Strong Body
Your spine is your body’s foundation—and this week we’re focusing on keeping it healthy, supported, and pain-free. Dr. Jayme brings her chiropractic expertise to help you understand why posture matters and what you can do daily to support your back and nervous system.

Week 6: The GLOW Week (Your Peak Week)
Bring it all together to reveal your inner glow. Think of this as your final prep week—no crash diets, just smart choices and confidence.
