Your mission today:

  1. Look at your meals for the day.
    Ask: Where’s my protein?

  2. Plan each meal around it.
    Start with your protein source—then add veggies, healthy carbs, and fats.

  3. Examples:

    • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + avocado toast

    • Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with feta

    • Snack: Greek yogurt + almonds

    • Dinner: Salmon with roasted veggies and rice
