I wanted to personally reach out and let you know that my last day training in the studio will be November 27th. This was not an easy decision, and I’ve been holding on as long as I could while juggling two jobs, rising overhead costs, and the pressure of trying to make ends meet. Unfortunately, it reached a point of burnout, and I had to make the difficult choice to step away from the physical studio space for my own well-being.
Please know that I will fulfill every remaining session you have paid for — whether that’s online, outdoors, or in whatever way works best for your schedule. I have also canceled all contracts, so you will not be charged for next month.
Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be selling off my studio equipment. If you’ve ever thought about building an at-home gym or want to continue your fitness journey from home, this could be a great opportunity to grab a few pieces and set yourself up for success.
Although the in-person studio is closing, I am NOT going anywhere. I will still be offering virtual personal training, online coaching, and wellness programs, which honestly give you even more flexibility with your schedule and allow me to continue supporting you without the burden of the high overhead costs.
I genuinely want to thank you for your support, your consistency, your trust, and all the moments we’ve shared inside that space. This community has meant everything to me, and I hope we can continue working together in a way that supports both of us.

Existing Virtual Clients
I wanted to give you an update on my new virtual training schedule as I transition fully into online coaching.
My main virtual training days will now be:
▪️ Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
▪️ Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
▪️ Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Please let me know if there is a different time request on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday since I do have more flexibility.
I will be reaching out to each of you individually to get you locked into a new session time within this updated schedule. Some of your days and times may shift slightly, but I’ll make sure we find a spot that works well for you. Your upcoming payment date will remain the same, so nothing changes there.
Going forward, payments will be handled through Venmo or Zelle. I’ll send a request directly to you when your payment is due.

Gym Workouts
If virtual isn’t a good fit, I can meet you at the gym. I can bring you as a guest to Planet Fitness, or we can meet at the Y if you have a membership. I’ll be working out with you during these sessions to guide your form and pace. Please reach out to me you want this package. I am only taking a couple of people.
